  Online Library Inuit Art From Cape Dorset Sticker Book Inuit Art From Cape Dorset We have the most recent Inuit carvings from Cape Dorset. Many of the Inuit sculptures have been carved within the last few months made from soapstone or marble that is mined from stone quarries on the South Baffin Island coast.   Initially, I wondered why, with all that talent, Cape Dorset had not been saved by art. By the end, the question I asked myself was how, against all the odds, the artists of Cape Dorset kept.
